Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect email messages from one mailbox account to another, activate email filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your e-mail box accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email box accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mail messages according to certain rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox account you want to forward e-mails from, then specify the target email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
